Senior Demand Generation Specialist

The ChallengeOneTrust is looking for a creative, data-driven and collaborative Senior Demand Generation Specialist who will work closely with the content marketing, product marketing, and field marketing teams to curate and execute integrated global campaign plans. This critical role will have an impactful influence over the cross-functional execution of global campaign tactics and will be measured against organizational revenue goals and digital performance metrics.
Your Mission- Own the development and execution of quarterly or semi-annual B2B demand generation campaigns that drive awareness for dedicated solutions, and create qualified demand for the OneTrust platform in collaboration with cross-functional Marketing, Sales, and Strategic stakeholders
- Develop a thorough understanding of persona-driven campaign messaging to execute multiple multi-channel campaigns targeting various personas, industries and use cases
- Lead and manage the holistic integrated campaign strategy and facilitate regular alignment with supporting teams
- Curate compelling content that displays an implicit understanding of key messaging themes and target personas
- Identify gaps and optimize the digital user journey within campaign plans
- Produce compelling ad and email copy to increase qualified form conversions
- Regularly implement A/B tests and iterate activities based on data-driven results
- Understand audience behavior and product maturity to build effective nurture cadences
- Grasp regional influence over global campaign tactics and be equipped to pivot based on regulatory impacts
- Leverage field/customer feedback to optimize the lead funnel and deliver high quality leads that will convert to opportunities and revenue
Who will you be working with?
- Work hand-in-hand with the product marketing team on go to market strategy and opportunities for new campaigns, launches and optimizations
- Directly collaborate with the content marketing and social media teams to create and promote compelling resources that resonate with the campaign’s target audience
- Partner with the regional field marketing team to support effective campaigns across all tier 1 languages and key regions
- Collaborate with management to determine key performance indicators including, in and quarter out pipeline, development of ongoing reporting cadence and performance overview dashboards
- Alignment with the sales organization to gain a thorough understanding of revenue targets, customer needs, and lead quality
- 5+ years demand generation experience with strong campaign or integrated marketing background, preferred understanding of B2B SaaS technology
- Experience owning end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns: ideating, building, monitoring, testing, optimizing, measuring, and communicating campaigns across multiple channels and cross-functional groups
- Ability to analyze and comprehend data trends and forecasting + digital performance metrics, with specific experience in Salesforce dashboards and reporting, Adobe Analytics, and Marketo
- Proficient understanding of paid channels (ppc, social, display), program and funnel applicability and contribution to KPIs
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams to achieve campaign goals, including the responsibility of leading tactical meetings and facilitating cross-functional discussions
- Strong presentation skills with experience presenting data-driven performance to executive team
- A motivated and creative self-sufficient learner who can adapt and thrive in a fast-moving technology and regulatory environment
- Effective time-management skills, with an ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
