This role is BANGKOK-BASED, RELOCATION PROVIDED.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Designer with a passion for Business-to-Business (B2B) design. As a Senior Designer, this role will be responsible for effectively interpreting our brand across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and impact in all B2B communications. You will oversee the design of event and trade show materials, digital marketing assets, sales materials, partner-facing website and other product-related visuals, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring our brand to life. 

Key Responsibilities:

Event and Trade Show Design

  • Conceptualize and design high-impact visuals for B2B trade shows and corporate events, including working with external vendors for booth designs, banners, branded spaces. 
  • Develop event collateral such as brochures, flyers, and branded giveaways.
  • Create engaging presentation graphics and templates for keynotes and breakout sessions.

Digital Marketing Materials

  • Design and optimize B2B-focused websites, landing pages, email campaigns, product and marketing videos.
  • Create professional, visually compelling layouts for LinkedIn campaigns and other paid media targeting business audiences.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines while adapting to channel-specific requirements. 

Sales Enablement Tools

  • Develop visually engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored, high-quality assets for client engagements.

Product and Software Design

  • Partner with product teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for business tools and dashboards.
  • Create demo assets, including visuals and mock-ups, to support product launches and client presentations. 

Internal Communication and Employer Branding

  • Design visually appealing internal newsletters, recruitment campaigns, and employee onboarding materials.
  • Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives or speaker engagements with professional designs that reflect company values. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in design, with a focus on B2B creative work.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Capcut or similar).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in B2B design, particularly event materials, sales tools, and digital marketing assets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and present ideas effectively.
  • Use and knowledge of AI tools a plus
