As the Head of Urban Solutions for our Transit, Bikes and Scooters (TBS) team, you will report to the Head of TBS and work closely with leaders within TBS and across Lyft. 

You are a motivated and adaptable leader - capable of and excited to - scale this 9 figure revenue business through its next phase of growth. You will own the P&L for the Urban Solutions business, drive sales strategy with a focus on Hardware and SaaS commercial structures, deeply engage and lead on customer success and account management with operators and cities, and be the visible onsite leader of our Montreal and Longueuil offices and teams.

A great candidate will have a growth mindset and will have the ability to support Operators and Governments as the team continues to scale into new locations and regions. Significant experience in SaaS sales and Government contracting will be a key to success. Being a creative solutions architect is a must. 

Experience & Skills:
  • Strong proven track record of financial management and P&L growth
  • 12+ years experience in government or enterprise sales, consulting, finance, operations, and/or customer success/account management
  • Micromobility or transit experience a plus but not a dealbreaker
  • Contracting and policy making experience - can drive an RFP process from end to end
  • International experience ideal
  • Comfortable setting expectations for team members at all levels and holding team and partners accountable 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and juggle competing critical projects 
  • Ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams towards achieving goals
  • Data fluency - both in leveraging metrics to drive business outcomes and in conceptualizing what we should even be looking for 
  • A good sounding board for others, with low ego, and ability to anticipate needs 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English (written and spoken).

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the Montreal offices (Montreal, Longueuil) 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
