Job Description

As a Senior Growth Strategy Associate for our Mealkit Brands, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and profitability of customer sign-ups. You will contribute to the ideation, sizing, prioritization, and execution of various initiatives, including those unique to ANZ and best practices shared by our global headquarters.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, collaborates effectively with stakeholders to identify opportunities, is well-organized and can juggle multiple priorities

You will…

  • Support the development and execution of strategies and roadmaps aimed at profitable growth of new customers.
  • Assist in identifying, testing, and rolling out creative opportunities, such as targeting new customer segments, testing new creative types, and optimizing landing pages.
  • Review and report on key business metrics related to new customers, analyzing trends and gaps to suggest actionable improvements.
  • Contribute to the annual and quarterly marketing budgeting process, helping to set realistic conversion, spend, and ROI targets in collaboration with finance and marketing teams.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize budget allocation between channels based on growth and profitability trends.
  • Ensure that creatives and messaging align with quarterly brand themes and are effectively integrated into channel activities.
  • Regularly collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gain visibility on upcoming initiatives and ensure they are designed to maximize commercial benefits.
  • Support decision-making processes by analyzing potential incremental commercial benefits using data from A/B test results and past campaign analyses.
  • Maintain clear documentation and artifacts related to the activities and processes within your scope.
  • Champion our mealkit brands with business stakeholders.

You have…

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in growth marketing, business strategy, or a related field, with direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, STEM, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence teams toward achieving strategic goals.
  • Experience in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia
