Senior HR Manager
We’re growing. And as we scale, we need someone to help us keep our people experience just as strong as our product. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people experience – from hiring and onboarding to performance, compliance, culture, and development. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and have a direct hand in shaping how we hire, grow, and support our team.
This isn’t a back-office HR job. It’s a high-impact, high-trust role where you’ll help build the future of our company – not just maintain it.
HR FoundationsOwn and improve HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
Help keep everything running smoothly in Personio – from contracts to workflows
Make sure we’re compliant with German labor law and other relevant standards
Keep policies and documentation up to date (and easy to understand)
Lead end-to-end hiring for key roles across functions
Work closely with hiring managers to design smart, scalable hiring plans
Improve how we onboard remote team members and make the first 30 days great
Co-own our performance review cycles and feedback culture
Partner with leadership on initiatives around learning, recognition, and team health
Help shape our culture as we scale – with ideas, initiatives, and a lot of listening
Be a trusted person for team members to go to with questions or concerns
Support managers on people-related topics – from feedback to growth plans
Help us spot issues early and work toward healthy, constructive solutions
Fluent in German and English – this is non-negotiable for supporting our DACH team
3–5+ years of experience in a broad HR role, ideally in a fast-growing startup
Deep knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (we use Personio)
Proven track record running recruitment processes end to end
A strong communicator who can build trust across all levels
Someone who is proactive, structured, and not afraid to get their hands dirty
