Job description

Doctolib is looking for a senior IT engineer in charge of evolving its information system. 

You operate in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, implementing the best-in-class solutions and tools to the business teams within the company in order to provide an incredible service to all Doctolibers! 

Reporting to the IT “Communication and Collaboration” squad leader, you will work in the IT Squad and transversally with all Doctolib business teams, as well as in close collaboration with IT Operations and Security team. You lead by example with a 'hands-on' attitude and information sharing with your peers.

The squad is responsible of the following scopes: workplace, device management, collaboration tools, on/offboarding.

 

Responsibilities 

You will deliver projects from A to Z. You will define the target and how to reach it, test and implement technical solutions, communicate, document, and monitor results to make sure you achieved your goal.  

After a project, the IT Squad is still responsible to manage these solutions. You will become responsible for a subset of the information system to imagine an efficient and automated way to operate them.

  • You will develop integrations between applications/systems through various mediums (APIs, scripts, iPaaS, ETL etc…)
  • You will deliver projects to improve how we manage Doctolibers devices (laptops and mobile phones), mainly using InTune as MDM. Project examples: MDM migration for phones, implement BYOD, etc. 
  • You will work on automations for onboarding / offboarding of users, managing licenses and data
  • You will contribute to define the roadmap, with clear prioritization rules 
  • You will make sure that operations run with high quality
  • You will also be the Level 3 escalation point for support requests or IT crisis management and weekly based on-call shifts
  • Mentoring junior engineers and support teams will also be part of your daily life

As the squad belongs to the platform domain (grouping 3 squads), you might be participating in other topics: cloud (Azure/AWS), identity, automation, etc.

 

 Requirements and skills 
  • You have scripting experience on python, powershell/bash, javascript, usual dev practices/tools like github, ci/cd, testing, API development (REST / SOAP)
  • You have experience on MDM (especially InTune), managing both Apple and Windows devices
  • You are solution oriented: you can solve complex problems, including troubleshooting Doctoliber issues
  • You show ownership for what you have delivered and what the squad is responsible for 
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English 
  • Nice to have: 
    • You have experience on the security part: IAM/IGA, SSO, SAML, Oauth2, Open id
    • You have a cloud administrator certification (Azure, AWS, etc.)
    • You are familiar with the Agile / SCRUM framework and rituals (sprint planning, stand up meetings, sprint grooming, etc.)
