Ripple is growing and so is our People Team! We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits.

You will directly impact how benefits are delivered at Ripple and ensure an exceptional employee experience. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Total Rewards and HR Systems, who envisions this role as a strong partner and go-to person for all things benefits. This role requires prior experience with high-growth companies scaling their global benefit programs. The ideal fit has a flexible mentality and has a strong focus on user experience.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the benefits employee experience by driving he benefits ticketing system and serving as a point of contact for employees through onboarding, offboarding, and other touchpoints in the employee lifecycle
  • Own various benefit programs including our annual US Open Enrollment, global renewal operations, and new benefit implementations
  • Own full end-to-end ownership of leave of absences, accommodations, time off, life, and disability
  • Drive full end-to-end ownership of all retirement and financial wellbeing programs
  • Maintain all ongoing benefits compliance responsibilities, filings, audits, postings, and reporting (ERISA, ACA, SPD, SBC, HCSO, COBRA, HIPAA, SAR)
  • Serve as a trusted partner and collaborate with key partners (Legal, HRBPs, People Operations, People Technology, Finance) to ensure smooth and consistent processes
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in global benefits in an evolving and high growth environment (US experience strongly preferred)
  • Depth and breadth of experience in global benefit including administration, compliance, communication, and financials
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
  • High proficiency in benefits-related systems. Experience in Workday, Google Suite, above are for full-time employees.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. CA Annual Base Salary Range$190,000—$210,000 USD
