About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Partner Services APJC, you will serve as the GTM Services Owner and Business Owner for the region. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving the full lifecycle of partner services—from initial planning and service creation to field acceleration.

You will be the architect of partner success, ensuring that our Authorized Service Delivery (ASD) partners and MSSPs are not only ready to deliver but are achieving operational excellence and driving consistent pipeline growth. You will act as a bridge between Cloudflare’s internal product/engineering teams and the partner’s service delivery engine.

Key Responsibilities 1. Services Business Planning & Strategy
  • GTM Strategy: Act as the primary GTM Services Business Owner for the APJC aligned to regional goals.
  • Service Creation: Collaborate with partners to define and build high-value service offerings (Professional Services, Managed Services) powered by Cloudflare.
  • Resource Alignment: Identify and secure the necessary internal and external resources to support partner-led service initiatives.
2. Delivery Readiness & Excellence (Build)
  • Capability Assessment: Evaluate partner technical capabilities and design tailored roadmaps to bridge gaps in delivery readiness.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Oversee the execution of Cloudflare’s enablement tracks (Essentials, Advanced, Advanced Plus) to ensure partners meet "Build" phase standards.
  • Standardization: Develop reference architectures, solution frameworks, and best practices to ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery.
3. Services Pipeline Development & Progression
  • Demand Generation: Work with Partner Account Managers to identify service-led opportunities within the partner’s existing customer base.
  • Pipeline Health: Monitor the services pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and providing technical/operational support to progress deals through the lifecycle.
  • Value Realization: Ensure partners are effectively articulating the value of Cloudflare services to drive higher attach rates.
4. Field Engagement & Acceleration (Accelerate)
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to partner leadership, optimizing their operational processes and service models for maximum performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to align resources and unblock complex technical engagements in the field.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead feedback loops between partners and Cloudflare Product teams to drive serviceability improvements and excellence.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Regional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and scale a team of technical services or partner success managers across the diverse APJC landscape.
  • Partner Expertise: Extensive experience in partner services, post-sales enablement, and driving partner-led GTM strategies.
  • Executive Presence: Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite and senior leaders within large partner organizations.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud security, networking, and edge computing to guide reference architecture development.
  • Project Management: Skilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on meeting deadlines and driving measurable business outcomes.
