About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager, Workplace Experience to lead a team of specialists in designing and delivering impactful employee experience programs, events, and future workplace initiatives. Sitting within the Real Estate & Workplace Services team, this role is pivotal in shaping a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging environment that enables our people to do their best work and feel a strong sense of belonging. This is a strategic role: you will define Agoda’s global Workplace Experience standards and own a multiyear roadmap that scales our ways of working, informs future office investments, and accelerates our transformation. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategy, Standards & Roadmap:  

    • Define Agoda’s Workplace Experience strategy and a multiyear transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and space strategy.  

    • Create global standards and playbooks (e.g., experience principles, event governance, service catalog, SLAs)  

    • Establish a measurement framework (OKRs/dashboards) covering employee satisfaction, utilization metrics and ROI factors.  

  • Team Leadership & Development: 

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of workplace experience specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

    • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth within the team. 

  • Employee Experience Programs: 

    • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that enhance the day-to-day experience of employees across all office locations. 

    • Ensure all initiatives are aligned with Agoda’s values and strategic priorities. 

  • Events & Engagement: 

    • Plan, design and execute high-impact events, including company-wide celebrations, cultural initiatives, wellness activities, and team-building experiences. 

    • Develop an annual calendar of events that reflects our values, celebrates diversity, and fosters community. 

    • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event evaluations. 

  • Future Workplace Initiatives: 

    • Stay ahead of workplace trends and emerging technologies to propose and pilot innovative solutions that support hybrid work, collaboration, and well-being. 

    • Lead projects related to office design, space utilization, and new ways of working. 

    • Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on the future of work and workplace strategy. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

    • Partner with our Workplace Teams, Internal Communications, HR Business Partners, CSR and culture teams plus other stakeholders to design and deliver seamless and impactful experiences. 

    • Leverage data-driven insights and employee feedback to inform decision-making and measure program impact. 

  • Operational Excellence: 

    • Apply advanced project management techniques to oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with all stakeholders. 

    • Establish and track success metrics, implementing feedback mechanisms and action plans for continuous improvement. 

    • Ensure efficient budget management and optimal allocation of resources in partnership with Finance. 

Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in marketing, experience design, or workplace experience programs. 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing teams to deliver high-impact programs and events. 

  • Strong business partnering skills, designing programs that elevate employee engagement. 

  • Proven ability to design, coordinate, and execute multifaceted projects across various teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors. 

  • Exceptional budget and project management skills, with an aptitude for managing timelines and resources effectively. 

  • Excellent command of English with strong presentation skills; proficiency in Thai is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical mindset, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges. 

  • Resilient under pressure, with a calm demeanor and a knack for uncovering creative solutions. 

  • Passionate advocate for enhancing employee experience, with a clear vision for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders persuasively and respectfully. 

  • Culturally aware, with the versatility to navigate and unite a global workforce through thoughtful and tailored experiences.
