  • LAN, WAN and WLAN Networks - Implementation, development, maintenance & support
  • Telephony - On Premise, Hosted & Internet based (Cloud), SIP - Implementation, development maintenance & support
  • Network and Perimeter Security - Implementation, development, maintenance & support
  • Voice & Data Specific advice, project and consultancy
  • Delivery of services provided in accordance with performance requirements and in line with resolution times against KPIs and SLAs
  • Provide appropriate responses to incidents, service requests and change requests

  • Strong Experience with Cisco, Juniper switching and Routing including, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, OSPF
  • Experience with VPN and SSL VPN configuration including Cisco VPN, 2FA, Global Protect
  • Cloud Computing networking and administration - AZURE, AWS (Desired)
  • Experience with WIFI - Aruba (ClearPass), Cisco (ICE)
  • Experience with Firewalling - Checkpoint, Cisco (ASA), Juniper, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Fortinet
  • Experience with Network Monitoring/Network Troubleshooting / Diagnostics
  • Voice - 8X8 Cloud Telephony, MITEL (Desired), SIP
  • CCNA
  • CCNP (Desired)
  • AZURE AZ-700 (Desired)
  • AZURE AZ-900 (Desired)
