The Content and Knowledge Management team in Operations is dedicated to enhancing Customer experience through knowledge sharing. We're seeking a Senior Knowledge and Content Manager to join us. This role involves creating and implementing content initiatives, supported by a Lead/Coordinator, to enrich internal and external knowledge. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, strategic thinking, and content management systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the creation, editing, and curation of high-quality content across various platforms and channels
- Establish and maintain a solid framework with stakeholders to understand and align with other tribes/departments' strategies
- Coach and assist Junior and specialist team members in business, content creation, and project management
- Apply theoretical knowledge within the domain and conduct ongoing research to enhance expertise and content quality. Initiate content strategies based on data analysis
- Help coordinate business-as-usual tasks across team members and step in to manage projects and initiatives
- Independently handle complex projects/tasks, taking full ownership and comfortably delegating tasks
- Define new content requirements based on documentation from Change Management, SMEs, PMs, and other stakeholders

- You’re enthusiastic about content creation and sharing knowledge with others
- You can create simple and easy-to-follow documentation sets from complicated processes
- You are highly organised and detail-oriented and can prioritise multiple projects and tasks
- You have built remarkable interpersonal skills and you’re willing to learn and develop
- You can observe, learn and take ownership in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- You have a good knowledge of SumUp products, features and tools

This is a FTC job (1 year), onsite.
The salary band for this role is 40-45k.
