Senior Partner Brand Manager
Huge is looking for a Senior Partner Brand Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for how top brands are presented to consumers globally. As a brand expert, you advocate for, defend, and ensure standards are upheld in all advertising campaigns.
The Partner Brand Management (PBM) team at Huge develops day-to-day client relationships and drives business through working with clients’ internal teams, agency partners, and external partners to ensure all adhere to our clients’ brand guidelines.
What you’ll do
- Own senior-level client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for brand-related initiatives.
- Manage a brand review submission queue, evaluating marketing materials from partners such as Lenovo, HP, and Asus for brand compliance.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to partners to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Lead strategic conversations around brand positioning, creative execution, and customer experience.
- Oversee multi-channel brand campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and creative excellence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, UX, media) to deliver cohesive, high-impact work.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and maintaining high team morale.
- Anticipate challenges, resolve conflicts, and identify opportunities to grow client business.
- 6+ years of experience in brand management, client services, or account management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to lead strategic brand initiatives across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive-level communication.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Deep appreciation for design, brand storytelling, and user experience.
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
