As Senior Product Designer, you are reporting to our Head of Product Design and are responsible for creating user-centered products. You work in a cross-functional Product Engineering team together with Product Management and Engineering. Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute: • Handle product ideas end to end. – You will be empowered to own and manage initiatives from product discovery, research, prototyping, iteration, user testing to delivery and continuous improvements. • Product design mindset – You solve tasks, identify problems, and propose solutions, both on UX and UI side. Collaborate with product and engineering to come to the best solution. • You will be part of a cross-functional team – with its own rituals. Plus, you are part of the Product Design team who you can rely on, share and collect feedback continuously also supporting others in their growth (peer to peer mentoring). • Aim for the top. Help the team revamp the entire product from a UI/UX perspective, working on the UI / UX guidelines and design system. Set new standards to help us compete with the best!• Present work in various mediums and fidelities throughout the design process • Challenge everything!

To succeed in this role, you should: • You’re passionate about your job in its true meaning. ex: You'd miss some sleep as you can't stop thinking about a difficult UX challenge. • Basic qualification : 5+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field; Graduate degree a plus • Figma is your home ground – You are proficient in figma. • You have a strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements, ideally for a B2B SAAS product. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles - web standards, typography, accessibility, color theory, and layout principles. • Excellent communication and presentation skills - You can articulate design decisions and rationale effectively. • Visual thinker - Expertise conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, andprototyping. • Be a fluent English speaker. • Be humble.
