As a Senior Product Manager, Talent Technology, you will lead end-to-end initiatives that redefine how employees experience support—from process design to systems implementation.  You’ll own high-impact projects that streamline operations, drive AI-powered self-service, and reduce manual intervention across the HR ecosystem. This role requires strong systems thinking, comfort with technical complexity, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around common priorities.  You’ll be responsible for evaluating and implementing third-party solutions, redesigning business processes, and improving interoperability across platforms like Workday, Alight, Avature, Verint, and other HR technologies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the strategy and execution of AI-enabled self-service capabilities that reduce friction and empower employees
  • Lead vendor evaluations and manage full lifecycle implementation of new tools, ensuring alignment with architectural and business goals
  • Redesign and streamline process flows across core HR areas (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, payroll, benefits)
  • Uncover and address manual processes by leveraging Workday capabilities and other system features
  • Lead discovery and reconfiguration efforts within Workday to optimize core workflows and drive measurable efficiencies
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap that balances speed, scale, and long-term impact
  • Drive organization-wide change management strategies, plan for successful adoption, and manage the learning curve across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, HR, Compliance) to align on technical feasibility, requirements, and compliance needs
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product features, user flows, and outcomes
  • Leverage data, experimentation, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as the connective tissue across stakeholder groups, ensuring shared understanding, accountability, and adoption

What You’ll Need

  • 6–10 years of experience in product management or HR technology in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product delivery—from vendor selection through implementation and change adoption
  • Strong systems thinking with experience mapping and redesigning workflows for efficiency
  • Demonstrated success enabling automation, AI/ML, or self-service tools within enterprise ecosystems
  • Expertise managing and integrating core HR systems like Workday, Avature, Verint, and related tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
  • Experience navigating ambiguity, balancing tradeoffs, and aligning business and technical teams
