THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive enterprise-level transformation by embedding a unified, program-based mindset across the business. This role will develop and implement execution frameworks, coach teams, and build sustainable practices that enable structured delivery, strategic alignment, and measurable outcomes. Partnering closely with business and IT leaders, the Senior Program Manager will improve visibility, resolve fragmented delivery models, and enable long-term success through consistent methodologies and governance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and implement a fit-for-purpose program delivery methodology that directly aligns with enterprise priorities and transformation goals, balancing program strategy with hands-on project execution when required.
  • Lead the enablement and coaching of business and functional teams, fostering structured planning, execution discipline, and clear decision-making through workshops, playbooks, and targeted training.
  • Oversee and orchestrate large, cross-functional initiatives by guiding teams through effective governance practices, ensuring clarity of scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized roadmap of key strategic initiatives, providing executive-level visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and prioritization needs to align investments and resources.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment by leading governance forums, reviews, and executive updates—ensuring transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Program Methodology Expertise: Demonstrated success designing and implementing program methodologies across multiple business functions, with 7+ years of experience in program management or transformation leadership.
  • Change Leadership & Coaching: Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and effectively manage resistance to build buy-in for new ways of working.
  • Execution Discipline: A strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering value, with experience supporting large-scale change initiatives involving process, people, and technology.
  • Strategic Acumen: The ability to connect business outcomes to execution frameworks and delivery models, effectively navigating a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, Carolina office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $176,000—$265,000 USD
