The Supply Team, which sits within CBO, ensures that Airbnb is locally relevant and serves the needs of our global hosts and guests, helping regions to more efficiently plan and execute growth strategies across supply, demand and other surfaces in a way that will resonate with our communities.
As we expand our business, we look for the best and brightest to drive strategic business decisions. To this end, the team is looking for a Senior Business and Programs Operations Lead to join our Supply team.
The Difference You Will Make:
You will work in close partnership with Supply Stays Leadership and XFN team to drive and focus on Airbnb’s Supply Stays overall strategy. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Commercial, Supply.
A Typical day:
- Work in close partnership with Stays Supply Leadership and XFN teams to drive and implement Airbnb’s Stays Supply overall strategy
- Key areas of responsibility
- Bring together relevant insights, including business trends, financial data, field feedback and consumer analysis from across the company into an integrated view of the state of Stays Supply
- Partner closely across CBO, Product, Marketing, Community Support, Policy, Community, Comms, Finance and other functional teams to identify and operationalize initiatives that drive Stays Supply growth and host success
- Identify opportunities to incorporate high business impact initiatives into various teams’ roadmaps and work plans
- Represent the Stays supply team in various forums with top leaders and executives across the company
- Serve as a proxy for Amir and Stays Supply leadership as needed
Your Expertise:
- 12+ years experience in consulting position, or project management in the hospitality or online Travel Agency (OTA) industry is preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales operations and enablement teams
- Ability to take initiative and deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills
- Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes
- Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Data driven, can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Your Location:
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
