As a Senior Project Manager at Critical Mass, you will play a key role in delivering innovative digital experiences for one of the world’s most heavily trafficked websites. Partnering with a diverse set of teams—including creative, development, UX, content strategy, and more—you’ll ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.  From managing website maintenance, updates and changes, to collaborating with internal and external partners, your ability to maintain order and precision will be vital.  The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and has a proven track record in multi-channel digital delivery.  We’re looking for someone with marketing agency experience who is adaptable, strategic, and ready to tackle data-driven projects with confidence!

You Will:

  • Own full project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from intake to launch for one or more projects simultaneously
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
  • Oversee finance-related tasks, including budget and burn rate tracking
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across various disciplines (including strategy, creative, content, tech, production, etc.)
  • Provide leadership for the team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
  • Effectively communicate with superiors, team members, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

 

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing agency managing a wide range of digital projects, including site builds, e-commerce platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, microsites, landing pages, and maintenance
  • A keen eye for details and proven record of maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike or MS Project, office productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages and Numbers, and tracking tools such as Box, JIRA and Confluence
  • A deep understanding of project management principles and techniques, including scope, schedule, budget management, resource allocation, reporting, change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading client conversations, and demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities
  • Practical experience working closely with technical teams, understanding their needs, and translating those needs to the broader team
  • Strong financial acumen

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.Salary Range$85,000—$100,000 CAD
