Role: Senior Project Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our innovative in-house agency team in Amsterdam. This role is pivotal to successfully delivering all projects on time, within budget and at world-class quality. You are a seasoned project manager, with great attention to detail and used to working in fast-paced environments. You will need to be great with creative teams and account teams alike, hard-working and passionate about creating and producing the best product you can. The process is key, and someone who really respects and understands that, although creative needs freedom, it also needs to follow a framework and process to allow it to thrive. This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in running digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.

What you will be doing:
  • Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfilment.
  • Working closely with strategy and acreative teams in brigning projects to life.
  • Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and schedules.
  • Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resources where necessary.
  • Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with remote teams and resource managers to ensure resources are secured to best deliver each project.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 4+ years experience in managing complex, multi-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing digital, social and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency.
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
  • Previous experience of Resource and Production services will be beneficial.
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs.
  • Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
  • Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client and Account Managers in the life cycle of a digital project.
  • GenAI knowledge/experience is preferrable
