Team DescriptionAs a Senior Projects Analyst at SumUp, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and enable scalable growth across the Americas (Brazil, LATAM, and US markets). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that improve processes, integrate systems, and optimize performance through data-driven decision-making.We are a collaborative and results-oriented team that thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to continuous improvement. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to connect business needs with strategic goals.What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end project management — from scope definition and business case development to execution, risk control, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Map and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities, efficiency gains, and scalability bottlenecks.
  • Develop insights and recommendations using KPIs, data modeling, and scenario analysis; present findings to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate vendor assessments and negotiations (including RFPs), ensuring service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT, Automation, and Operations teams to implement integrated solutions that connect systems and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor project financials, validate savings or ROI, and ensure accurate reporting to relevant cost centers.
  • Promote best practices in project management (Agile/PMI), change management, and stakeholder communication in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
You’ll be great for this role if
  • You have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
  • You are proficient with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau; experience with system integrations or process automation is a plus.
  • You have experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English, with Spanish as a bonus.
  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You communicate effectively and can translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • You are customer-centric and motivated by improving efficiency, service quality, and impact.
  • You are adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
