About the Team

Integration Hub is the new unified data integration layer in the Nintex automation platform, designed to seamlessly connect, collect, manipulate, and deliver data from diverse applications or databases. It centralizes the management of connectors and connections while enabling shared data transforms, agentic AI automation pipelines, and middleware logic across the entire Nintex platform

Your contribution will be: 

• Drive Feature Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of key features, contributing to the development of critical systems.
• Master New Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by quickly adopting new tools, frameworks, and technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Take ownership of complex, real-world problems and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and Collaborate: Guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise while collaborating effectively in team ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure System Reliability: Proactively maintain and optimize existing systems, ensuring they remain efficient and reliable.
• Foster Growth: Provide mentorship to team members, offering feedback and coaching to help them grow technically and professionally.

To be successful, we think you need: 

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on building and shipping software, preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining APIs, with proficiency in RESTful design principles, API management tools, and API documentation (Swagger/Open API).
• Proficient in React, and ideally Node.js
