Senior Revenue Operations Manager

The RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive efficiency, optimization, and growth across the customer lifecycle. This role will primarily support the Post-Sales organization, working to build processes and systems that improve retention and customer experience through data insights.
This role blends analytical rigor, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership to ensure our post-sales teams have the data, tools, and processes they need to deliver scalable value to customers.
What You Need to Succeed- Partner with CS leadership to define and operationalize the customer revenue model, including retention, expansion, and gross/net revenue retention targets
- Support annual and quarterly planning: coverage models, capacity planning, segmentation, and territory alignment for CSMs, onboarding, and services
- Optimize forecasting frameworks for accuracy for retention revenue
- Partner with RevOps peers to ensure smooth handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer functions
- Lead root-cause analysis of churn and expansion performance to identify drivers and opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights for CS, Services, and Support leaders to improve retention and customer experience
- Work closely with Enablement to ensure systems and processes are embedded in day-to-day workflows
- Manage and optimize the CS tech stack, ensuring tool adoption and accurate data flow between systems and partnering cross functionally on systems that span the revenue cycle.
- 6–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations and business narratives
- Strong analytical and modeling skills to drive insights from raw data
- Excellent project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives
- Strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with hands-on execution

The US base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $165,000 per year. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
