We’re seeking a Senior Field Growth Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team!

The Senior Field Growth Manager drives our Global Verticals GTM to success. As a main function of the Revenue Operations department, the Senior Field Growth Manager owns a regional funnel and is responsible for analyzing, tracking targets, and optimizing the sales funnel to drive revenue growth. This role will report to the AVP of Field Growth within our Business Operations team. The Senior Field Growth Manager will collaborate with the Sales, Account Management, and Client Services Directors and their teams to drive business insights, flag areas of risk and opportunity, enforce workflows, drive adoption, and track KPIs.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Conduct periodic analyses of quantitative and qualitative data to drive business insights and flag areas of risk and opportunity in our sales funnel;
  • Act as the regional GM’s right hand and main Ops POC, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes;
  • Implement global strategic initiatives to ensure alignment across different regions of the organization;
  • Lead weekly meetings with Sales and Account Management Directors to support and track the performance of reps;
  • Own and lead end-to-end team optimization initiatives related to the performance of the revenue motion and its KPIs;
  • Build Salesforce dashboards for the teams, track daily and weekly KPIs, and optimize operational day-to-day processes;
  • Work with the teams to drive the adoption and enforcement of operational tools and workflows;

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, business operations, and/or consulting roles 
  • Strong analytical & operational skills 
  • Previous Revenue Operations experience in SaaS B2B companies 
  • Excel & Salesforce proficiency 
  • Project Management Experience 
  • International business experience in a global company 
  • Working experience with HQ in another region 
  • Ability to extract business insights and draw action items from data
  • Strong presentation Skills
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • MBA - Advantage

The base salary range for this position in New York City is $103,440 to $192,390 + benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave.

Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.

The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area, and could vary for candidates in other locations.
