We are seeking a Senior SalesOps Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that drive strategic transformation and operational excellence in Sales Operations.

Your Role

As part of the Central Sales Operations  team, you will own and drive high-impact initiatives that enhance sales efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate across teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product) to implement data-driven strategies and optimize key processes.

Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and execute high-impact initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and operational excellence, including:

  • Value-Based Segmentation: Design and implement a new segmentation strategy to enhance revenue growth potential among existing customers, focusing on identifying high-value segments and tailoring engagement approaches to maximize their lifetime value.
  • Inbound Lead Optimization: Redefine the lead generation process by optimizing the balance between inbound and outbound efforts, establishing a disruptive approach to identify and prioritize the most valuable leads, ensuring an efficient and high-impact lead qualification systems.
  • Account Management Performance Transformation:: Overhaul and optimize the Account Management (AM) team's processes, from creating synthetic dashboards for day-to-day operations to implementing a sophisticated Portfolio Management optimization cycle. This will enable AMs to focus on delivering value to high-priority accounts and segments, fostering stronger client relationships and driving sustained growth.
  • Predictive Scoring Creation & Enhancements:: Enhance and refine predictive modeling, including ERB, Yums, and Super Yums, to improve customer insights, forecasting accuracy, and targeting effectiveness, enabling more informed decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Part-Time Consulting & Compensation: Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify and improve the transparency of the compensation scheme, ensuring alignment with performance metrics while optimizing for clarity, and motivation.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure project success.

Sales Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive automation to enhance sales performance.

Change Management: Ensure seamless adoption of new tools, strategies, and methodologies across global teams.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project progress, key insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Who You Are
  • A strong leader with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in SalesOps.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experienced in Sales Operations, CRM (Salesforce), and business intelligence tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French or another European language is a plus).
Experience
  • Master’s degree from a top business or engineering school.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or sales strategy.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change in an international environment.
