The Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly energetic, and collaborative Quality Engineer to join our growing organization in India.

What you need to Succeed

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for writing tests to increase Engineering confidence in deployment, as well as providing testing guidelines for other engineers. You should be familiar with many types of tests, from unit tests to functional tests and all the way to end-to-end integration tests. You will work closely with engineers on exciting projects, translating functional requirements into a comprehensive suite of tests to prevent bugs and unexpected behavior. You will play an important role in deciding when code is ready to release, and you will work with our Release Engineering team to ensure that proper release management principles are followed.

What you Bring to to the Table

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with both manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Experience with API testing ( Rest / GraphQL )
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to document and report issues clearly.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and scripting ( Golang / Python / NodeJS )
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools. ( i.e. Selenium, WebdriverIO, Playwright, TestCafe, Postman.)
  • Experience with SQL Queries 
  • Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity/Experience with CI/CD ( i.e. Jenkins, CircleCI, Github Action, TravisCI )
  • Experience in Cloud and Orchestration tool ( Good to Have )
