Senior Software Engineer (x/f/m)
What you'll do
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the PACE Team in the Business Performance DomainAs a Senior Software Engineer your mission will be to work on Doctolib’s prevention campaign on our plateform (B2C, B2B), on our new offer “Doctolib Free” and on Usage Based Metering. You will be working in a feature team developing tools to run campaigns at scale and to improve the experience of our users on our products.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients
- Scope some features of the team: writes and explains the tech scoping, organizes the work of the project
- Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application.
- Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor high-quality features
- Improve the performance of key features implemented in React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Ruby on Rails, sometimes completely challenging the status quo
- Contribute to team growth and foster a collaborative environment
- You are proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn
- You are a full stack developer with a good knowledge of both Back-End and Front-End. Our stack is React/Javascript/Typescript and Ruby on Rails but also Kotlin / Spring - but any experience with similar frameworks is welcomed and valued
- You have a good understanding of web technologies and software development life cycle
- You have a “user first” mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, well-tested and pragmatic code.
- You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture
- You are eager to share your knowledge and help the team grow by pair programming and mentoring.
