As a Supply Chain Planner, you are the supply chain owner for your category, owning Service, Cash, and Cost KPIs. You’ll lead our supply strategy and planning, which ensures ingredients availability at the most optimum supply chain setup.

This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from our Suppliers to our International and Market teams.

• Emergency Management: Ensure instant mitigation to limit errors through emergency management and allocation management
• Risk Management Frameworks: Establish proactive risk management frameworks to support smooth transitions and SKU availability especially in shoulder seasons.
• Allocation Management: Establish regular allocation processes to manage supply risks.
• Local Market Relationships: Forge relationships with local markets, gaining insights into their needs, and integrate them into cross-country strategic solutions
• Tender Consultation: Serve as the single point of contact for tenders for the category/supplier and consult on tender processes.
• Category Service Level: Lead and contribute to initiatives, ensuring timely and complete availability of ingredients from suppliers to all markets.
• Planning Parameter Maintenance: Maintain and update Planning Parameters (e.g., delivery settings).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Influence and collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments (CoE, Strat. Procurement) to ensure the successful execution of supply chain planning harmonization topics.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within existing processes and systems, proposing and implementing solutions for continuous improvement.

• 5-8 years of extensive hands-on experience in supply chain management, overseeing end-to-end operations and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• A master's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead major initiatives, such as integrating new technologies or systems to streamline supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, identifying potential issues, and proactively developing mitigation strategies.
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in leveraging Excel for strategic financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and high-level decision-making, with a focus on interpreting outputs and insights generated by teams.
• Expertise in integrating demand planning from various sources to enhance decision-making and predict market trends.
• Proven leadership experience in driving large-scale projects and process improvements across the supply chain, applying advanced methodologies to streamline operations and optimize performance.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian).
