 We’re looking for a passionate Global Talent Acquisition Partner- Supporting EMEA to join our global HR team. We are looking for a team player, who can lead TA tasks and projects related to Payoneer's exciting new site in Madrid, who has a proven track record of managing end to end recruiting processes, while creating excellent candidate experiences. 

 

What’s the job?

  • Manage recruiting processes for multiple areas of the business (Tech, Product, Operations, Marketing, Business) according to changing demand.
  • Responsible for End to end recruitment processes: from gathering needs and managing our talent sources, through scheduling & conducting interviews, to managing offer negotiations and contracts and partnering with people services and others to create a smooth onboarding experience. 
  • Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates and promote Payoneer’s employer brand.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and key stakeholders in support of the recruiting process.
  • Working in a very global environment, in a distributed TA team
  • Working independently on your positions end to end while supporting the other team members when needed.
  • Being a part of our HR department and Talent Acquisitionteam, raising ideas, improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out of the box way.

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 5 + years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in a multinational organization with exposure to European markets.
  • Recruiting experience in a product company.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets, familiarity with Spanish employment laws is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret TA data and metrics to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish is required.

Not a must but great advantages

  • Experience using Greenhouse applicant tracking systems – a big advantage.
  • Experience in building hiring processes and TA infrastructures for new markets/ locations in Europe
