You’ll join the Talent Acquisition team in Brazil, a small and highly collaborative group supporting complex and high-impact hiring across Business, Tech, and Commercial roles. The team works closely with local and global stakeholders and is focused on predictable delivery, strong partnerships, and hiring with intention. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for Non-Ops roles in Brazil, with a strong focus on Operations, Fraud, Data, and Manager-level positions, while also supporting Employer Branding initiatives and early talent programs.

What you’ll do
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Business and Non-Ops roles in Brazil
  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for Operations, Fraud, Data, and Manager-level positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, priorities, and success criteria
  • Use data and market insights to manage delivery, identify bottlenecks, and improve outcomes
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives and coordinate internship and trainee recruitment programs
You’ll be great for this role if
  • You have solid experience recruiting Business roles in fast-paced environments such as fintech, tech, or consultancy.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple roles in parallel while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • You use data and structured thinking to inform hiring decisions and challenge assumptions.
  • You communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders at different seniority levels.
  • You enjoy navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of complex hiring problems.
