The Senior Talent and Performance Partner is a strategic and dynamic role, focused on enhancing our talent and performance management approach, ensuring it is effective, scalable, and aligned with Personio’s evolving needs as we grow. In this role, you will possess a blend of strategic project management experience, deep knowledge and experience in the talent and performance management space as well as comprehensive understanding of the wider HR ecosystem.

- Provide support and create resources that enable the people partner team to scale talent management efforts throughout the organization in an effective and efficient manners;
- Work with people partners, enablement functions and business leaders to adapt central offerings to meet the unique needs of their department - providing central guidance, project management and SME expertise on all performance related initiatives;
- Partner with other COEs specifically Experience, Reward and People Operations to co-create and implement improvements to our talent, recognition, and performance management processes;
- Support the Senior Lead, Talent and Performance in shaping and realizing our longer term performance and talent philosophy and building real time solutions that help us elevate our performance, recognition, and strategic talent management;
- Embed best practice into practical solutions that solve for Personio’s needs now and in the future - influencing and aligning in order to deliver progress over perfection;
- Lead the end-to-end execution of our annual performance process, including goal setting and first performance check-ins, quarterly check-ins and annual performance reviews;
- Oversee the successful transition, integration, and evolution of talent and performance management processes into the Personio system, working closely with our Technology team to realize our tool’s full potential;
- Analyse talent data and leverage findings to surface key insights and make informed recommendations for enhancing our current processes and practices;
- Create proposals, align stakeholders and deliver presentations to cross-functional partners and business leaders-to-leaders to progress key initiatives;
- Leveraging your network of external contacts as well as research to stay on top of current industry trends in talent and performance to proactively anticipate and address future needs.
5-7 years of experience in HR with strong project management experience as well as a focus on performance and talent management
Ability to see the bigger picture and implement long-term talent and performance strategies aligned with business goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficient in HR software / systems (experience with Personio is a plus).
