Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in London who already has a strong network of engineering Talent in the UK and across EMEA. Ideally, you have built AI and Technology Operations Engineering teams and within a technology company previously.  As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will identify, attract and hire exceptional engineering and data science talent while also creating and leading strategic initiatives from process improvements to recruitment marketing. This role is a critical partner to engineering leadership, continuously earning trust with hiring managers at all levels, and partnering effectively cross-functionally throughout the organization.    

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

  • Work with hiring managers as an integrated partner, understanding their team health and structure, the products they are building and the problems they are solving  
  • Facilitate all stages of the recruiting process for open roles from kick-off through to close  
  • Create and execute robust sourcing campaigns using multiple identification methodologies to find the best technical talent 
  • Foster and uphold a candidate experience that exemplifies our Index Exchange core values and that reflects the quality, warmth and integrity of our brand  
  • Offer hiring managers and company leadership accessible and transparent insight into recruitment processes by entering and maintaining accurate recruitment data  
  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the talent acquisition team and our hiring managers by sharing new information about the market and talent pools  
  • Drive a positive, high energy work environment that will help attract more talent to the company through constructive suggestions/improvements and activities  
  • Proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to identifying, engaging and assessing high-quality candidates  
  • Partner with our internal Community and Marketing teams to create and run in person events to highlight Index Exchange as an employer of choice for data scientists and engineers in a new labor market  

Here's What You Need:

  • Experience as a technical recruiter within a fast-paced, engineering and product driven organization   
  • Strong work ethic, curiosity and creative problem-solving and experimentation skills  
  • Extensive experience and demonstrated mastery of full cycle recruitment delivery for highly technical, hard to find engineers and data scientists globally  
  • Advanced proficiency in using recruitment sourcing and search management tools to identify, engineers and data scientists that do not utilize the typical social media platforms 
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills with the ability to continuously reassess priorities and improve your recruitment approach   
  • An honest and proactive communicator  
  • Team oriented; you are excited to jump in and lend a hand and to mentor and support your team by sharing wins, failures and best practices  
  • Able to maintain and analyze candidate data to seek patterns, learnings and adjust sourcing and recruitment activities in real-time based on what you learn from the data
