We are looking for a passionate Senior UX Designer to help us shape and evolve HelloFresh’s  Habit Building experiences  through a holistic and customer-centred design approach. Your work will span across HelloFresh’s loyalty program, as well as owning the key levers for retention and customer behavior change across the customer lifecycle for 6 brands, across 16+ markets.

We are looking for a Designer who can build strong cross functional relationships, delivering experiences across multiple teams. You’ll drive the design process from discovery to implementation and bring new perspectives to these areas.

• Understand, own and improve customer experience and journey by being the customer’s voice and translating their needs into our digital products in a seamless way
• Navigate strategic and tactical design lenses by creating an approach that is rooted in a long-term outlook but paced to deliver customer value continuously
• Design clear and concise Habit Building  experiences to improve customer  awareness, comprehension, and clarity for our customers, with solutions that bend and flex to the needs of multiple brands
• Build partnerships with POs, Engineers, UX & Content Designers, and UX Researchers to drive design concepts into iterative deliverables and into customers hands. 
• Inspire your peers and fellow designers through your craft and design execution.

• Extensive product design experience in B2C, demonstrated in a strong portfolio.
• Experience in strategic product design thinking and the ability to go from discovery to execution in an iterative approach. 
• Passion for your craft with an eagerness to execute seamless and holistic experiences for our customers. 
• Experience in working and contributing to Design systems.
• Experience in working alongside UX Writers and UX Researchers.
• Mastery of Figma and fluency with other digital design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
