Pure is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Lead to design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and reliable integrations between ServiceNow, AWS, and other enterprise platforms. This role will own our ServiceNow integration architecture, ensuring all integrations are secure, efficient, and sustainable. In addition, the position will oversee the integrations and automations within our AWS environment, with a focus on optimizing, consolidating, or converting those integrations into native ServiceNow functionality where appropriate. A successful candidate will bring deep integration expertise, hands-on ServiceNow development skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end integration lifecycles across multiple systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Integration Architecture & Solution Design
    • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
    • Ensure integration solutions are scalable, performant, and align with best practices for robust system communication.
    • Architect and implement REST/SOAP and webhook-based integrations using ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and native ServiceNow capabilities.
    • Design secure authentication and authorization flows (SSO, OAuth 2.0, JWT) for integrated systems.
    • Collaborate with platform teams, product owners, process owners, and infrastructure teams to define integration standards and solution patterns.
    • Provide technical mentorship to developers on integration best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
  • AWS Environment Ownership
    • Manage and maintain AWS integrations and automations, ensuring stability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
    • Leverage AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, S3) to support integration requirements as needed.
    • Work toward consolidating or converting relevant AWS integrations into native ServiceNow solutions when beneficial.
    • Partner with teams to ensure AWS and ServiceNow integration strategies align with enterprise architecture goals.
  • Development & Implementation
    • Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom Script Includes as required.
    • Create and manage Transform Maps and data synchronization processes between ServiceNow and other platforms.
    • Develop and maintain integration-related configurations such as Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, and custom API endpoints.
    • Support adoption of iPaaS tools such as Boomi and Reltio to accelerate integration delivery.
  • Testing, Quality Assurance & Deployment
    • Perform unit and integration testing using ServiceNow ATF and Postman.
    • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to integration standards.
    • Leverage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) for automated deployment and testing of integration changes.
  • Documentation & Support
    • Document integration patterns, API designs, and system dependencies.
    • Maintain architecture diagrams and configuration records for ongoing manageability.
    • Troubleshoot integration issues, investigate root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
    • Define and enforce integration best practices through design reviews and documentation.
    • Partner with architecture and platform teams to continuously improve integration reliability and performance.
    • Stay current on industry trends in cloud platforms, integration technologies, and ServiceNow advancements.
    • Mentor developers and contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing.
  • Compliance & Security
    • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and secrets management practices using appropriate tools.
    • Adhere to enterprise IT governance, security, and compliance standards in all integrations.

  • DevOps & Security: Experience with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD automation for integration deployments, including the use of secrets management tools for secure configurations.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor others on integration best practices.
