YOUR MISSION

  • Managing, coaching and mentoring the local sales and account management teams
  • Work with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains and smaller partners
  • Support negotiations and close exclusive partnerships with the best accounts in the region, always aligned with the company goals
  • Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis and improve local teams performance metrics and support local teams with improved processes
  • To adapt the Global sales strategy based on the local market situation

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing high-performance sales teams 
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
  • Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Proven People management
  • Availability to travel through Ukraine
