Why We Have This Role
Teams at Qualtrics depend on accurate and current data in the systems they use to do their jobs. As we’ve grown, so has the number of critical systems and connections needed between them. Our Enterprise Integrations team will help bridge the gap between our applications by building scalable and resilient integrations. The team lead will build our team, be a technical expert on the critical integration points across our systems, design fault-tolerant workflows to connect them, insist on a high bar for everything we produce, and work with stakeholders across the company to build what we need.
How You’ll Find Success

- Customer-obsessed: You’ll think like our employees and see through their eyes. You’ll design integrations that solve the most impactful problems and create experiences our employees did not even know were possible.
- Excellent communicator: You’ll meet with stakeholders across the company to understand what could make their life easier. You’ll translate a non-technical discussion into a technical design for the team.
- Growth mindset: The application space changes rapidly. What worked last year may not work this year. In this role, you’ll be excited to keep up with new developments across our systems landscape and new tools to build better integrations. We won’t always get it right; when we don’t, we’ll learn from it.
- Operationally excellent: You’ll hold a high bar for the team, driving a culture of quality and resilience that produces integrations that delight our customers and the employees at Qualtrics.
- Know your stuff: You’ll be an expert in the space, and your designs will reflect that. You’ll consider speed, resilience, and scalability, and you’ll build solutions that last.
