Agoda Supply Team is a group of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s accommodation partners and promote Agoda’s top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new products to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more travelers to our great products and service and deliver significant revenues to the overall business.  

The Tech Partnership team is responsible for driving revenue growth through collaboration with technical connectivity providers who provide a dynamic connection between accommodation partners and the Agoda platform. The team analyzes, plans, and executes direct supply growth strategy using both technical and commercial levers.

Located at our Bangkok office, this position requires close coordination with commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders, to drive the assigned portfolio’s performance. 

The Opportunity:

Supply Operations Specialist in the Tech Partnerships team will handle channel manager partner escalation and inquiries, support them regarding API (Application Programming Interfaces) development, as well as support the team regarding tech-related tasks.

In this Role, you will get to: 

  • Operational Support: Support global channel manager partners to maintain a strong and stable connection between Agoda and our mutual connected accommodation partners.
  • Project and task Support: Assist with projects tasks to improve team performance or roll out new features and services to partners.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience with at least 1 year in operation, customer support, service desk role. 
  • Understanding of incidents and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate between technical stakeholders and business stakeholders efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with MS Office tool in general.

It's Great if you have:

  • Experience in the travel or OTA industry 
  • Experience working with hotel connectivity companies (channel managers)
  • Understanding of APIs and xml connections 
  • Experience with SQL
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies or software development frameworks
