YOUR MISSION

As a Project Manager II – Rider Growth & Logistics (Senior Analyst level), your mission is to lead and drive high-impact rider and logistics initiatives end-to-end, with a strong focus on understanding the problem behind the project, not just executing tasks.

This role goes beyond tracking timelines or marking actions as done. You are expected to deeply understand the “why” behind each initiative, challenge assumptions, connect dots across teams, and actively push for the right outcomes — even when these are not clearly defined.

You will sit inside the Rider Growth / Logistics team, acting as the central driver between local operations, regional leadership, and global functions such as Legal, Tax, Ops, Product, Tech, and Finance. Your work will directly impact how riders and third-party partners are onboarded, activated, retained, and operated at scale, always with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence.

This role requires a hands-on, in-the-field mindset. You are expected to be close to local operations, willing to travel when needed, understand on-the-ground realities, and go beyond surface-level execution to ensure initiatives truly work in practice.

You will combine strong project ownership, excellent stakeholder leadership, and solid data expertise to drive informed decisions, remove blockers, and ensure projects deliver real impact, not just completed milestones.

Your ultimate goal is to move rider and logistics initiatives forward with purpose, ensuring clarity, momentum, and measurable outcomes aligned with Glovo’s vision of giving everyone easy access to anything in their cities.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Rider & Logistics Growth projects, focusing on outcomes and impact, not task completion.
  • Invest time in deeply understanding local operations, market context, and constraints behind each initiative before and during execution.
  • Be willing to travel and work closely with local teams, gaining first-hand understanding of operational realities.
  • Act as the single point of accountability across Growth, Logistics, local Ops teams, and global stakeholders.
  • Proactively question, challenge, and refine project scopes, priorities, and solutions when needed.
  • Translate objectives into clear project plans, while remaining flexible to adapt as new insights emerge.
  • Identify root causes behind delays, misalignment, or performance gaps, and push for sustainable solutions.
  • Use data and insights (SQL, dashboards, spreadsheets) to support decisions, trade-offs, and prioritization.
  • Ensure execution stays aligned with the original intent and expected impact of each initiative.
  • Communicate clearly and assertively, driving alignment and decision-making across teams.
  • Continuously raise the bar on how rider-related projects are understood, executed, and measured.
  • Act with a hands-on, high-Gas mindset, consistently going the extra mile to unblock progress and ensure delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, growth, logistics, consulting, or analytics roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to own problems end-to-end, not just coordinate tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Solid data expertise, comfortable using data to understand issues and drive decisions.
  • Proven experience influencing stakeholders and driving execution in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Willingness to travel and engage closely with local operations when required.
  • High ownership, resilience, and a strong bias for action.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
