What is The Role

Join us as a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and help connect our IT and business teams. You will deliver scalable, reliable solutions that make our operations stronger and more efficient. In this role, you will focus on Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, and integrated systems, ensuring smooth data flow and optimized processes across our technology landscape.

You will play a key part in supporting product launches, pricing strategies, and customer onboarding-to-revenue processes. Your expertise in integration systems will help you spot opportunities, recommend improvements, and drive positive change.

Your ability to simplify technical topics, anticipate needs, and communicate clearly will set you up for success.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce and NetSuite ERP, with in-depth knowledge of features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Work closely with sales, pricing, order operations, and finance teams to optimize cloud deal configurations and keep systems healthy.
  • Design and support complex workflows, approval processes, pricing models, product configurations, and integration points within the Customer-to-Revenue lifecycle.
  • Partner with integration teams (Talend, MuleSoft, and others) to create seamless data flows between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
  • Understand and document system communication protocols, data mapping, and transformation logic to support cross-functional processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and integration issues, making sure data stays accurate and consistent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify challenges, and document clear requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans for development and configuration.
  • Balance immediate needs with long-term growth when building technology roadmaps.
  • Create and update documentation, including configuration changes, data mapping, designs, test cases, and enablement plans.
  • Develop and run test plans (unit, functional, and user acceptance) to make sure system changes meet business needs.
  • Find the root cause of issues and implement solutions to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business partners, sharing updates and outcomes in a clear, timely way.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve processes and systems, sharing your recommendations with the team.
  • Provide training and support to help end-users get the most from our systems.
  • Keep a big-picture view of business system processes to understand and address the impact of changes.
  • Use a design-centered approach to optimize business processes and enable automation.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP.
  • Experience with system integrations using Talend, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Product Setup, Pricing, Discounting, Product Rules, Approval Workflow, Quote Templates).
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP and its integration points.
  • Experience designing and maintaining integration flows, with expertise in APIs and middleware.
  • Familiarity with customer-to-revenue and order management processes.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to everyone.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with pricing models involving multiple drivers and variables.
  • Passion for automation and delivering user-focused solutions.
  • Proven ability to create clear documentation, including process diagrams and technical standards.
