We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Analyst to support the Marketing organization from our Shared Services Center in Prague. This role is part of the Go-to-Market Finance team and will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and Corporate Finance among others.

This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, business modeling skills, and savvy system knowledge. This role will focus on developing high quality financial analysis to derive business insights and growth opportunities for the Marketing team, enhancing existing financial reports & processes, and be a key team contributor to running smooth close, forecast, and planning cycles. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide timely close, forecast, key data models with insights, risks and opportunities
  • Own and present to business partners a comprehensive overview of their monthly close, forecast, headcount, and Business Variance (BVA) Analysis, offering strategic insights
  • Act as the primary Finance Business Partner to the Global Events team, providing financial analysis and insights into event-related spend and ROI
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy in Investment & Profitability Models, with a focus on creating actionable insights for decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations and Accounting teams to improve Closing activities and streamline processes
  • Strategically partner with Marketing & Procurement teams to provide financial analysis with insights and recommendations to new and renewal contracts
  • Develop and enhance financial models and frameworks that support top-line growth, investment prioritization, and ROI tracking, with a specific focus on marketing spend efficiency
  • Be the go-to subject matter expert on all things finance reporting for business partners, provide financial insights and direction as needed
  • Lead training and development on financial processes, tools, and systems for marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient operation across teams
  • Perform ad-hoc projects/analysis as needed

What You Bring To The Team

  • BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in Data Analyst or FP&A roles
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, or a database programming language is a plus
  • Experience using data to lead decision-making
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great systems experience in Excel, Google Sheets, Anaplan, NetSuite, Allocadia, Alteryx, or similar systems and tools
  • Attention to detail when necessary and ability to synthesize large volumes of data and summarize into presentation/management views
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, collaborative, positive attitude, and a strong team player
