- Ensure every piece of content — from deal execution guides to product launch assets — reinforces LM’s GTM playbook and revenue motions.
- Maintain a structured content governance model (taxonomy, tagging, lifecycle management) within enablement platforms like Skillibrium, Showpad, LMS/Partner Portal, and Gong.
- Lead production of AI-assisted video and podcast content — including playbook breakdowns, product spotlights, leader interviews, and “RevLAB in Action” success stories.
- Design short-form video learning modules for field and channel teams to drive retention and engagement.
- Build repeatable frameworks for podcast and video storytelling, integrating insights from Sales, Product, and Channel leaders.
- Partner with the Learning Systems & Content team to ensure seamless delivery across LM’s enablement tech stack.
- Leverage AI tools and copilots (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Skillibrium AI, Gong Assist) to automate content summarization, personalization, and distribution.
- Develop AI prompt libraries and guided workflows that empower sales and partner managers to generate contextual enablement materials.
- Use performance data and feedback loops to train AI models on what “good” looks like for LM’s GTM content ecosystem.
- Implement gamification mechanics (badges, leaderboards, challenges, missions) to boost field participation in enablement programs and certifications.
- Collaborate with Global Product Training and Community Readiness to integrate microlearning and skill progression paths into RevLAB.
- Recognize and spotlight top field performers through digital badges, RevLAB challenges, and leaderboard showcases during QBRs and SKO.
- Partner with Channel Enablement leadership to create co-branded, scalable enablement programs for LM partners and resellers.
