We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Sales Finance to join our Finance team. You will lead a high-performing, high-impact team that delivers CFO-level partnership and sophisticated analytics to our Chief Revenue Officer and their global leadership team. Within the Finance organization, you’ll advise our Director of Sales Finance, VP of Finance and Senior Sales & XFN Stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to put your fingerprints on a unique and dynamic digital ads platform with global reach.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build a world class Advertising Revenue ‘Center of Excellence’ that influences business outcomes through:
    • Robust monitoring of Business Health Metrics, Revenue Pacing and other KPIs
    • Standardization of insights-based revenue reporting & accurate forecasting that has the ability to scale with the evolving needs of the business
  • Leverage reporting infrastructure to dive deep into revenue trends across the Global Sales Organization (GSO) that lead to the development of actionable insights and strategic recommendations that unlock revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-impact team of well rounded finance professionals who work closely with their Sales Finance Business Partner counterparts to support each GSO Sales Channel. 
  • Advise senior Sales and XFN leadership on key elements of our ads sales strategy including weekly forecasting, quarterly quota setting and annual planning cycles.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience within technology, media/entertainment, or corporate/sales finance in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management/leadership.
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, strategic planning, and analytics to drive informed decision-making; ability to translate sales strategy into financial planning models.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Sales Strategy and Operations, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams to propose and assess investment decisions.
  • Demonstrated comfort in autonomously turning financial data into insights & presenting insights to a senior audience (e.g. Chief Financial Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Leadership).

In-Office Requirement Statement

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country. However, New York based candidates are preferred.
