YOUR MISSION

Join Glovo’s Sales & Automation HQ team and help drive global growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll play a crucial role in leveraging data and managing stakeholders  to optimize our partner ecosystem, driving efficiency and improving overall performance. This is a cross-functional role, requiring collaboration with Sales, Partner Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Product to build scalable processes that improve partner performance and revenue capture.

 

THE JOURNEY

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within our partners acquisition process, focusing on metrics like conversion rate, productivity and partners performance. 
  • Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements for our local sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to partner performance.
  • Identify and communicate important insights to relevant stakeholders, influencing changes that enhance team productivity and partner conversion.
  • Utilize data to support the establishment of excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners, demonstrating data-backed value and building engagement.
  • Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved in partner success to ensure a data-driven approach.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy & operations, consulting, or revenue management (experience in tech, marketplaces, or fintech is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manipulate data (SQL, Excel/Sheets, Looker) and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Strong project management skills – able to run multi-country rollouts and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data and processes into simple actions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalability, process improvement, and automation.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Professional English proficiency.
