YOUR MISSION

At Glovo, we are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst with experience in the treasury or finance field to join our team. You will work directly with the Glovo Treasury team and the rest of the Finance team at Glovo HQ and in the countries.

THE JOURNEY

• Act as a Key User/Single Point of Contact for Treasury in the different transversal projects supporting processes design & implementation, including integration with Glovo Treasury Systems including SAP and Kyriba
• Manage bank accounts (opening/closing, overdrafts) and banking powers
• Interco Current Account/Cash pooling activities (cash management agreement)
• Liquidity Management: approval of outgoing payments, intercompany borrowing, Interest calculations
• Cash flow reporting including cash forecast (yearly budget /monthly 3M rolling) Measurement, monitoring, and control of treasury performance (cash flow forecast accuracy, working capital metrics such as DPO, DSO and DIO)
• Work with FP&A on developing operating cash flow forecasts, enhance visibility into global cash balances, optimize working capital and establish metrics/KPIs
• Treasury support for local business and finance teams and actively participation to projects (investments, legal restructuring, projects that impact business model)
• Lead and assist with treasury projects and initiatives
• Assist in executing standby letters of credit, export letters of credit, performance bonds and similar instruments
• Provide information in connection with the external and internal audits and monitors cash management activities to ensure compliance
• Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses, participate in renegotiation of conditions with banks
• Assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with quarter-end and ad-hoc information requests as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Treasury / In-House Bank experience within Bank / Corporate Treasury
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA is a plus
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Experience in electronic banking systems such as SWIFT and of Payment Practices
• Experience in project management and change management
• Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products and FX
• Strong analytic skills – ability to standardize varying data process/inputs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Result driven (goal oriented, strong ownership) and able to act autonomously (self-driven).Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of advanced Excel/ Google Sheet is a must + VBA or SQL or any advanced programming language is welcome.
• Experience in working with international banks and knowledge of any TMS (Kyriba or SAP) 

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in similar sectors or technology companies.
• Fluent Spanish is a plus, but not a deal breaker.
• Analytical profile, goal-oriented and team-spirit attitude
• High motivation in the world of start-ups and new technologies
• Accouting and Indirect FCF experience
