The Delivery Enablement & Operations team within Customer Identity Cloud (CIC) seeks to ensure that every delivery team in CIC understands what we are building and why; we pull together in the same direction and can change gears quickly when we learn new things. Our Agile Program Managers serve this vision by coaching Agile best practices and an Agile mindset in order to enable product development teams to be engaged, adaptable, and resilient.
The Staff Agile Program Manager Opportunity
The Agile Program Manager is responsible for ensuring healthy Agile practices across multiple delivery teams. They are knowledgeable about standard Agile frameworks and confident in educating and training teams to adopt and adapt practices to their specific needs while maintaining connection to organizational standards, priorities and outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Enablement of Agile practices for 3-5 product development teams. Facilitate and manage key team ceremonies, and pursue team delivery efficiency, health and effectiveness.
- Intentionally develop Agile expertise in assigned teams and their leaders. Empower teams to continuously improve their ways of working and advocate for an Agile mindset.
- Build strong relationships, serving as a trusted Agile expert in pursuit of building effective teams. Establish, maintain and use team metrics to understand effectiveness and provide related insights to teams and their leaders.
- Manage the flow of work within their delivery teams, ensuring alignment with CIC goals and strategic programs. Assist team with prioritizing, planning and estimating work that contributes to the successful delivery of projects and CIC strategic programs.
- Ensure that team ways of working are aligned with standards and outcomes expected of all teams in the product unit. Collaboration with the Business Operations team to continuously improve operating practices and standards across the entire CIC product unit.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 5-6 years experience as an Agile practitioner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Expert in both Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Ability to interpret flow metrics and apply insights
- Listens actively and seeks diverse perspectives
- Approaches opportunities for improvement with curiosity and creativity
- Shares learnings and experiences openly, and builds an environment where others are encouraged to follow suit
- Ability to facilitate challenging conversations and coach teams to engage in productive conflict
- Experience with remote collaboration techniques
- Proficient knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and/or other work management/collaboration tools

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:$129,000—$195,000 CADWhat you can look forward to as an Full-Time Okta employee!
