Collibra is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our Global Practitioner team. This role is central to ensuring our prospects and customers maximize their investment by providing guidance, strategic consulting, and proven best practices to establish world-class governance programs.

This is a hybrid role based in our Brussels office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
Staff Customer Engineers at Collibra are responsible for
The Global Practitioner is a high-impact role focused on accelerating customer success and adoption. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert, practical guidance to executive stakeholders and program leaders to define, build, and sustain high-value Data Governance programs.
- Success Roadmapping: Conduct deep-dive assessments to identify and resolve organizational, cultural, and procedural roadblocks hindering program success and adoption.
- Thought Leadership: Develop, curate, and share cutting-edge best practices and compelling customer success stories across the Collibra ecosystem.
- Facilitation & Enablement: Design and lead high-impact customer workshops on topics including strategic direction, use case identification and prioritization, organizational change management, data stewardship models, and overall adoption strategies.
- Maturity Assessment: Execute comprehensive Data Governance Maturity Assessments to benchmark customer capabilities and formulate clear, phased strategic roadmaps for improvement.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Data Governance Program Leader, Program Manager, or equivalent senior-level role.
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct, hands-on experience as a key Champion or Stakeholder of the Collibra Data Platform.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the proven ability to command and influence a room of diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Communication Excellence: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Able to engage customers in a highly consultative manner, establishing immediate credibility and fostering long-term strategic relationships.
Success in this role will be directly measured by contributions to key organizational growth metrics, including:
- Within your first month, you will become familiar with Collibra and the institutional knowledge of process.
- Within your second month, you should be able to host discovery calls, and basic demonstrations and present the solution and its value.
- Within your third month, you will become a voice for Collibra having proven proficiency in the software to start educating the customer on features, roadmap, and process of customer-cycle. Operational excellence in completing administrative tasks in support of sales tasks.
