We’re looking for an Operations Strategy Manager to join the COO team. This team is at the heart of our business, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence as we scale. The COO has direct responsibility for key revenue generating functions as well as our customer operations, fraud & financial crime, communications, marketing, design and research teams globally. 

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you’ll play a critical part in helping the COO and executive team drive key company priorities. This position offers broad exposure to various areas of the business, as well as interactions with investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders. You’ll work on high visibility processes, initiatives and communications that have company-wide impact.

What you’ll be involved in: 

  • Supporting company-wide processes and initiatives, such as goal setting
  • Owning the preparation and delivery of important meetings, such as all company meetings and senior leadership meetings
  • Leading the preparation of internal communications and external engagements in collaboration with specialist teams
  • Preparing and delivering briefings for key internal risk and management meetings, as well as meetings with regulator
  • Collaborating with teams across the company to identify and address challenges, facilitating smooth delivery of processes and projects
  • Collating and analysing data to provide insights into current areas of focus and inform decision-making
  • Representing the COO Office to the organisation

You should apply if:

  • You’ve worked in consulting, as well as at a company or startup.
  • You’re curious, thrive in ambiguity, and ask incisive questions to understand context and formulate an approach to solving problems.
  • You’re a strong collaborator and team player, able to work with individuals at all levels and across various areas of the business to get things done.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages for different audiences.
  • You’re skilled in managing and running processes effectively, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery with minimal oversight.
  • You’re a skilled multi-tasker who enjoys context switching while also being able to dive into the details.
  • You’re analytical and comfortable conducting both qualitative and quantitative analyses to drive insights.
  • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thorough in your work.
  • You’re discreet and can be trusted to represent the COO office to the organisation.

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves 3 main stages: 

  • Recruiter Call (30 min): One of our Hiring team will reach out to you for an introductory conversation. 
  • Take-home task: This stage requires you to analyse data and create a set of slides to summarise your thinking. If you’re successful, you’ll progress to the next stage.
  • Final interviews (2 x 60 min interviews): This stage consists of two interviews, including one with the Chief of Staff to determine final fit for both you and the team.
