Artbot.IO is at the intersection of media, creative and ad tech, and nowhere is this better personified than through a strategist. The Strategy team is a pivotal part of Artbot, that helps set the tone and drive the growth of our core DCO product offering.
As the Strategy Director, your primary role will be the creation and implementation of dynamic creative strategies, for a selection of our key accounts. You will be required to maintain relationships with a variety of senior stakeholders (both internal and external), throughout the end-to-end DCO campaign process.
The Strategy Director is expected to have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas and approaches. This is to ensure Artbot’s strategies & technologies continue to stay market-leading in the ever-evolving digital space. You will be tasked with developing strong relationships across the OMG network, including supporting wider new business pitches, both Artbot & OMG. In addition to building a strong commercial understanding of all our clients. As a senior member of the strategy team, you will work closely with the Head of Strategy to manage & mentor junior team members, and co-lead various team initiatives.
You Will:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the strategic direction of Artbot campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and broader business goals. Lead the development of best-in-class digital media strategies, incorporating data-driven insights, creativity, and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to key senior stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and agency partners. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments, fostering strong relationships that enhance strategic execution.
- Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) strategy development: Oversee the conception, execution, and performance analysis of DCO campaigns. Guide the integration of personalization tactics, leveraging dynamic-feed ad serving and HTML5 capabilities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Strategy & Measurement: Develop robust measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies. Utilize analytical rigor to interpret large data sets and derive actionable insights that optimize campaign performance against key client KPIs.
- Creative Excellence: Ensure digital strategies balance data-driven decision-making with creative excellence. Pay strong attention to detail regarding the visual quality and effectiveness of creative assets in alignment with brand guidelines and consumer engagement best practices.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and high performance. Provide strategic guidance, ensure resource allocation efficiency, and support professional development initiatives.
- Digital Media Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including programmatic, social, and emerging platforms. Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve strategic approaches and media activation methodologies.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Explore and advocate for new technologies and methodologies in digital media strategy. Keep abreast of advancements in AI-driven marketing, automation, and evolving creative production processes.
- New Business & Thought Leadership: Support new business efforts by demonstrating strategic expertise and showcasing the value of data-driven digital media approaches. Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights on evolving media trends and best practices.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant media role.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including media planning, buying, and activation principles across programmatic and social platforms.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across internal teams, clients, and agencies.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in creative aesthetics and large data sets.
- Proven ability to think strategically while applying analytical rigor to optimize digital media performance.
- Confidence in designing and implementing robust measurement frameworks to assess digital strategy effectiveness.
- Previous experience managing junior team members and fostering talent development.
- Experience in conceiving and delivering successful DCO campaigns.
- Confident, diligent, positive, and ambitious mindset.
- Knowledge of social ads manager platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) preferred
- Familiarity with dynamic-feed ad serving and HTML5 capabilities preferred
- Understanding of the creative production process, from concept to execution preferred
- Experience developing digital media strategies on a global or regional scale preferred

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position.
