Summer 2026 Paid Media Apprentice

We are in search of a talented apprentice to join our fast-growing paid media team at Prosek. We are looking for a self-starter interested in bringing best-in-class digital strategy and creative to life for our financial and professional services clients.
A Paid Media Apprentice is part of the engine that powers our team and helps drive results for our clients. You will have the opportunity to partner across disciplines to create and execute paid campaigns and to provide data-driven insights to clients to ensure we're moving the needle.
In this role, you must have the curiosity and determination to drive paid media programs utilizing social media, paid search, programmatic and other tools. You don't need to be an expert in all or any of these - we will help train and mentor you! But, you must demonstrate strong interest and have some exposure and experience in one or many of the areas identified. The ideal candidate will also have a knack for the more technical side of marketing with an innate curiosity to want to learn more in this space.

Program Overview and Responsibilities
Real Work Experience
Administrative
- Work as a member of integrated client teams to drive advertising programs for our clients: paid social, paid search, programmatic, direct buys.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and share them in a variety of ways inside and outside the firm.
- Maintain paid media program calendars to ensure timely delivery of all campaign components.
- Create analytics and reporting to help inform clients and to optimize results.
Paid Media
- Become familiar with paid social advertising terms (Click-Through-Rate, Cost-Per-Click, etc.) and assist with launching and managing small campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Stay up-to-date on logistical changes to social media platforms and spot trends in digital communications, marketing, and advertising.
- Learn to develop and launch paid campaigns, including platform and audience targeting, based on client marketing objectives.
- Utilize social media listening, reporting, and analytics tools: BuzzSumo, Spredfast, Trendkite, Sprout Social, Similar Web, Google Analytics, and native LinkedIn / Twitter / Facebook analytics for various digital requests.
Reporting
- Understand and assist with presenting a data-driven narrative in a focused and compelling way.
Professional Development and Training
Prosek’s Boot Camp program is a curriculum curated and taught by top leaders across the firm on a weekly basis throughout the program. Our Boot Camps are designed to educate Apprentices on our client sectors and transitioning into the workforce. Topics of education include:
- Writing 101
- Professional Optics
- Capital Markets and Asset Management
- Professional Services and Financial Technology
- Wealth Management and Banking
Internal Network and Support
We invest heavily into the growth and support for our Prosek Apprentices, pairing each Apprentice with a manager and a mentor.
- Managers are responsible for identifying their Apprentice’s strengths, areas for development, and interests to ensure they’re given the right tools to succeed.
- Mentors provide support to Apprentices as they acclimate to a new environment and corporate culture.
Throughout the Apprentice Program, we will be assessing the apprentice’s performance to determine readiness for promotion to Assistant Account Executive, taking into consideration performance and business needs at the time.
Experience and Qualifications
- Completed BS/BA degree by the start of the program.
- Previous paid media or digital internship experience a plus.
- Strong interest in working with clients across the financial services, professional services, technology, and/or B2B sectors.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess great time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Team player mindset and willingness to work collaboratively alongside peers.
- Exhibit resourcefulness.
Salary: $20.00/hour
