Be the mastermind behind our recruitment strategy and process - from attracting and selecting new talents for enmacc, to getting contracts signed and driving exciting projects on talent attraction. Your Responsibilities / What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high calibre talent in Revenue, Tech and Operations roles
  • Creation of meaningful requirement profiles and job advertisements
  • Active sourcing via various channels and platforms
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Support and advise hiring managers in the selection process
  • Identification and establishment of suitable recruiting channels
  • Building and delivering excellent candidate experience, also for building and external talent network
  • Drive innovative EVP projects and creative Employer Branding projects
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment objectives are met

Your profile / What you’ll need:

  • Several years of full-cycle recruitment experience (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing,  and employer branding) in a startup/scaleup, or similar dynamic environment
  • Excellent stakeholders management skills
  • Profound knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting high potentials
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Energetic & positive personality, with a solution-focused and hands-on mindset, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Strong decision-making skills, self-organisation and high degree of autonomous working
  • Experience in related People & Culture disciplines, i.e. learning & development, onboarding, is a plus
  • Analytical mind-set and familiar with data-driven recruiting processes
