Are you up for the challenge? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d/) to support our team growth!

What You’ll Be Up To:
  • Owning the full hiring process across the company from creating job ads to putting out offers for positions across different seniority levels in engineering, product management, customer success, business development marketing, finance etc.;
  • Guiding candidates and hiring teams through the hiring stages;
  • Supporting teams in defining top priority recruiting needs;
  • Constantly reviewing and optimizing our recruitment process;
  • Identifying latest recruiting trends and putting them into practice (if it makes sense);
  • Supporting leads in keeping our salary bands up to date;
  • Training new hiring managers;
  • Optimizing and setting up recruiting automation within the tools our team uses: Personio, GreenHouse, LinkedIn, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT etc. (and new tools).
What we´re expecting:
  • Experience working as a Recruiter for at least 3 years;
  • Through your experience in recruiting for tech roles, you understand the tech language and know what C#, Angular, Kafka, AWS are (no need to know every single tool that can be used in software development, but you should able to understand our tech stack)
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding stages;
  • You’re experienced with the concepts of Boolean and Google X-ray searches, sourcing and outreach;
  • Understanding of the specific recruitment needs of a startup versus an enterprise and hiring accordingly;
  • Experience working closely with internal teams, including hiring managers, and managing expectations effectively;
  • You have worked with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse before;
  • You're able to lead initiatives, e.g. around employer branding and recruitment events;
  • You’re open to experimenting with ChatGPT and other AI tools available to automate routine tasks;
  • You are a people-oriented person with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
  • You are fluent in English, German is beneficial.
