THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team - in identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the pipeline of best-in-class talent for our technical & non-technical  teams. You will work closely with the hiring managers in understanding the requirements, qualifying them, and reducing the time to fill each position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Talent Acquisition vision and embrace Ivalua’s recruitment philosophy
  • Responsible for handling the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all technical & non-technical disciplines
  • Organize and conduct recruiting kickoff meetings with hiring managers
  • Partner with business leaders & hiring managers to build sourcing strategies - find, pipeline, qualify and acquire talent by proactively working with passive and active candidates 
  • Acts as a Talent advisor to hiring teams and with potential candidates. Also, advise on competitive market driven data and insights to the Talent Acquisition team, and if required to the hiring managers
  • Able to quickly understand complex technical concepts and apply that understanding to build an effective sourcing strategy
  • Dynamically calibrate requirements on a daily basis so that all requirements are addressed uniformly
  • Use technology wherever required, focus on processes and team work to achieve goals quarterly
  • Help in decision making by conducting debrief meetings with the hiring team 
  • Seek guidance where required from hiring managers and TA heads
  • Focus on metrics and keep Greenhouse/ATS up to date to maintain data integrity. 

Skills You Need to Succeed: 

  • You possess 3+ years of  successful experience in recruiting, ideally in-house in fast growing Tech environment
  • Excellent Sourcing skills & approach by utilizing Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack overflow, and any other tools/methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse or any other ATS
  • Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills – capability to convince candidates, handhold them and give them a great candidate experience
  • Capacity to adopt a hands-on approach and quickly shift to more strategic topics
  • Fluent English and French is a must
  • You are a real team player, you like finding creative solutions to overcome complex challenges, curious and eager to learn, you thrive in fast-paced & agile environments and you love multitasking !

Preferred Education:

  • Master degree in any discipline
